Anchor Yourself (payment plan option)

Overview: 

Five personal 75 minute video calls scheduled at mutually convenient times.

4 calls will take place between November 24th and December 30th (you’ll be given a link to schedule)

1 call will take place at the end of January, so you have the 1st month of the new year to put this work into practice.

We’ll hold a one day virtual retreat day on Sunday December 22nd. On this day, all participants in Anchor Yourself will meet in the morning for a 90 minute guided somatic practice via video conferenceI and you’ll be given exercises and questions to reflect upon during the day. In the evening we’ll meet once again for an additional practice. This retreat day will honor the winter solstice as well as the closing of the year. You will be sent handmade gifts for your altar as part of this ritual-based retreat. If you are unable to attend the retreat day live, you will be sent the recording.

As soon as you register, I’ll send you initial questions and a simple embodiment technique to help you answer these questions from a place deep within your bones. These questions will guide us in our time together.

Our calls will focus on embodied, somatic practices to build and nurture a radical relationship with your body, and how that allows for a profoundly different quality of relationship with the earth, with yourself, and with others.

You will be developing a deeply nourishing relationship with your own physical body, one that transcends how you look, or even how you feel, and goes into the physical blood and bones of you.

You’ll learn about anatomy, and how a study of human anatomy is a study of human relationships.

We’ll help you establish an embodied practice of movement and meditation that works for you, one that is nourishing and enjoyable.

Importantly: this is not about setting transactional goals that are based on some external model of success. We’ll be looking at strategic goal setting that is relational, rather than transactional.

For the first 10 people who register, I will send a personal Tarot reading using the Somatic Tarot deck which I wrote and designed. This will only happen with your consent, and you can send me any questions you would like the reading to address in particular.

This registers you for a payment plan of 2 payments of $275. The balance of your payment is due by Friday, December 13, 2019. I'll send you a reminder payment link no later than December 08th, 2019 .Any payments received past 12/13/2019 are subject to a 10% late fee.
