Ongoing Somatic Coaching: 1 session per month

Ongoing Somatic Coaching is meant to help you gain somatic skills to help you soothe your nervous system and deepen your intuition. 

It is not meant to be a replacement for therapy and I am not a therapist. It is a therapeutic process. I always recommend therapy as a component of deep somatic work. 

Sessions are booked for 2 hours, but typically only last about 90 minutes. The extra time is to make sure we are never rushed to finish a session, and also so that you have integration time built in to your schedule. 

Sessions can be booked at any time within the calendar month - if for any reason you cannot book your session within the month, you can roll it over into the next month, but sessions must be booked within 60 days of payment (so, for example, if you pay for coaching in June but are unable to schedule it for June, you could schedule June's session for July)

There is no contract - you can cancel whenever you wish. But if you cancel, then you will not be able to restart with Ongoing Somatic Coaching for 3 months after you cancel, and if I have raised my prices the new rate will be applied. 

For as long as you are enrolled in the monthly subscription your rate will not increase, even if I raise my rates. 

If at any time you want to increase the number of monthly sessions, just let me know prior to your billing date, and we will make the necessary adjustments. You can increase and decrease the amount of times you wish to meet per month so long as you do so prior to billing - there are no refunds on sessions. 

Upon payment, you'll be given the link to schedule your session.

Sessions are recorded, and those recordings are for your personal use only. They are not for resale or public use in any way.
