Embodiment Session for Anchor Continuum participants

One hour Embodiment coaching session with Abigail. 

You'll learn specific techniques to enter into a more supported relationship with your body, and gain skills to access your body's wisdom and strength through life's transitions and challenges. You will receive a recording of our session, and a follow up email to answer any questions.
